I would say, just...That can be pretty frustrating. I would say, just get through that first draft without worrying too much about any of these things. First draft is the hardest part, so you've really got to power through it...it's during the editing that things like that need to be fixed. Seeing them in published works, though, really annoys me...how did nobody catch those things?? I always tell myself while I'm writing that I'll never use them, but there have been times where I have come across when I've used a Plot Device at least in the first draft, I usually remove during my editing process.
